• THE OPPORTUNITY
• We are hiring a Mid-Level Frontend/Mobile Engineer for our CODE team - Achievements Squad in Brazil!
• CODE is an acronym for Consumer Digital Experience, which means we're in charge of the experience and services that will guide people in their wellbeing journey. Our main goal in CODE is to make wellbeing universal. From knowing about Wellhub, and getting access to exclusive benefits, to using our vast partner's network, it is in the end-user experience.
• CODE teams are responsible for developing and maintaining Wellhub's App, frontend, and backend services, and Design System and work closely with product, UX, and data teams to create an excellent experience for the users of our platform.
• Our mission as Achievements Squad is to create new products that can boost user engagement through rewarding. Also, we want the users to stick on the Wellhub Services. So, we are constantly doing experiments.
• YOUR IMPACT
• As a Mid-Level Mobile Software Engineer, you are a passionate developer driven to deliver high-quality, performant, and timely mobile solutions (iOS/Android).
• You will have plenty of opportunities to take part in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, bring innovation to the table, and make sure design docs are up to date.
• You will be able to interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment. You will be accountable for your decisions and possess a high level of ownership over the products you are delivering. You will take ownership of some key features, perform pull-requests reviews and take part in all the architectural decisions of the squad.
• You are a data-driven person who asks for data to support product decisions before blindly implementing things. You consistently trying to simplify the scope of what you are developing, always prioritizing a smooth user experience.
• You are bold and innovative. You are eager to learn and share knowledge and improve your toolset of technical, business continuity, and communication skills to provide more and more impact to the company.
• WHO YOU ARE

We expect you to have the following qualifications

• Experience in web/mobile development
• Experience working with modern agile product development teams
• Experience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystem
• Experience with GraphQL (Client-side and Server-side)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment, a self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization. You are tenacious and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written English and Portuguese
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience

The following would be considered a plus

• Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Custom events, remote configs, Crashlytics)
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog and Sentry
• Experience with other component-driven libraries/frameworks and Hybrid Native approach
• Experience with Design System
• Experience with Typescript
• Experience with System Integrations
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA)
• Experience in our Tech Stack in general
