  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Analyst to oversee and drive strategic initiatives, projects, and systems within our Digital and Analytics operations in Brazil. As a Project Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and supporting the delivery of projects aligned with the company’s vision, goals, and business objectives. The ability to effectively support cross-functional teams and manage diverse projects will be essential for success in this role.
  • How you'll make an impact
  • Project Planning and Initiation – Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with digital and data transformation goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities. Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments to anticipate challenges and define mitigation strategies. Ensure well-defined requirements and governance support for project initiation and execution.
  • Project Execution and Control – Manage project execution from start to delivery, monitoring progress against milestones, quality standards, and deadlines. Identify risks, dependencies, and deviations early, implementing corrective actions promptly. Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and reporting for stakeholders. Oversee the implementation and integration of digital and analytics systems into operations.
  • Resource Management – Optimize allocation of human and technological resources to ensure project efficiency. Coordinate collaboration between business units and teams to drive shared ownership and accountability. Anticipate and resolve resource constraints to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Change Management – Assess the impact of business and technical changes on scope, schedule, and resources. Develop and implement structured change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful transition and user engagement.
  • Post-Project Evaluation – Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project performance and capture lessons learned. Identify and document best practices to enhance continuous improvement in future digital initiatives.
  • About you
  • Experience: 2 years ofexperience as a Project Analyst, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry with exposure to all areas of the company. Experience conducting process gap analysis, developing process flow diagrams, implementing systems such as General Ledger, T&E, and Accounts Payable, as well as integrating and documenting processes.
  • Studies/Academic Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Tools:Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Knowledge of Agile and PMI methodologies (Mandatory).
  • English: Advanced (Mandatory)
  • Soft Skills:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies. Strong analytical, management, and organizational skills.
