The role

  • At Tenchi, we believe that hiring the right people is the foundation of everything we build. As a Mid-Level Recruiter, your mission is to connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities, ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and accelerates our growth. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our teams, acting as both a talent advisor to our leaders and a trusted guide to our candidates.

What you’ll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, events, etc.).
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline health, candidate feedback, etc.) and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Tenchi at events when needed.
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting processes and tools.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Advanced English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
