- Summary
- The Regulatory Analyst (Mid-Level) will support regulatory and legal activities, with a focus on research, documentation, and operational assistance to the compliance and legal teams. This role will be responsible for maintaining regulatory databases, assisting with regulatory interactions, and ensuring timely updates to internal processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear and practical outputs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Research & Monitoring
- Conduct research on legislation and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
- Support the analysis and adaptation of regulatory changes into internal processes and policies.
- Documentation & Database Management
- Maintain and update regulatory databases and matrices.
- Ensure proper organization and tracking of regulatory documents and deadlines.
- Regulatory Support
- Assist in managing communications and interactions with regulators.
- Provide support in preparing submissions, reports, and documentation for inspections or inquiries.
- Collaborate on translations and adaptations of regulatory requirements for corporate implementation.
- Collaboration & Administrative Suppor
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure alignment with regional regulatory standards.
- Assist in coordinating tasks and administrative activities that support the team’s efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (ongoing or recently completed).
Experience
- Previous experience or internship in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal functions is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with regulatory research and documentation.
Languages
- Portuguese (mandatory).
- English (desirable).
