About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Media Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic digital media team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end trafficking of all digital media campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation, meticulous monitoring, and timely delivery. You will be the central point of contact for campaign execution, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and project success. You will also take ownership of project management for larger, more complex campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Trafficking & Implementation:
Accurately traffic and implement digital media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., display, video, social, programmatic, etc.) using ad servers and other relevant technologies.
Ensure all campaign assets (creatives, tags, tracking parameters) are correctly implemented and functioning.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and delivery settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign trafficking and delivery.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign trafficking-related inquiries.
Collaborate effectively with media planners, buyers, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Provide regular updates on campaign status and performance to stakeholders.
Maintain clear and concise communication with all parties involved.
Project Management:
Manage the end-to-end oversight of execution of larger, more complex digital media campaigns.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Coordinate resources and manage dependencies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Track project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of trafficking processes and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media trafficking technologies and best practices.
Maintain organized records of all campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Solid experience in digital media trafficking, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
Strong understanding of ad serving technologies (e.g. Monday.com)
Proficiency in using ad verification and tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management software.
