Podcast & Short-Form Video Editor (UFC / MMA Content) We’re looking for a skilled video editor to work on a podcast hosted by a current UFC MMA fighter. The role includes editing long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and creating high-performing short-form clips for social media. Responsibilities: • Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube (clean cuts, pacing, audio sync) • Create short-form clips (30–90 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Add captions, light graphics, zooms, and punch-ins to enhance engagement • Help identify strong moments, highlights, and hooks from podcast episodes Requirements: • Experience editing podcasts and short-form vertical content • Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software • Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing edits • Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have: • Familiarity with UFC, MMA, or combat sports content • Experience editing YouTube podcasts • Knowledge of short-form content trends on Instagram and TikTok • Captioning experience (Premiere captions, CapCut, or similar tools) Project Details: • Ongoing, long-term work • Remote position • Consistent weekly volume • Rate negotiable based on experience Please include examples of podcast edits and short-form clips, especially any work related to sports, MMA, or personality-driven content.
