Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented mystery shopper located in Brazil to test and review a financial services mobile or web application. Your goal is to simulate a real user experience, capture screenshots and a screen recording, and provide structured feedback on usability, flow, and overall impression. You’ll be asked to: Create a test account on our financial app (details provided after hiring) Go through specific steps such as onboarding, verification, and exploring core features Take clear screenshots of each major step Record your screen throughout the session Complete a short written feedback form afterward (In some cases) make a small purchase or transaction within the app — any required purchase will be fully reimbursed upon proof of payment Deliverables Screen recording of the full user journey (10–15 minutes) 10–20 screenshots of key screens or any issues encountered Written notes (1–2 pages) summarizing: Clarity of steps and instructions Ease of use and design quality Any bugs, errors, or confusing moments Overall level of trust and usability Requirements Must be currently located in Brazil Access to a smartphone and/or computer with screen recording capability Stable internet connection Comfortable using financial, fintech, or payment applications Able to communicate in basic English or Portuguese for written feedback Discreet and professional Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in mystery shopping, UX testing, or market research Familiarity with Brazilian payment methods (e.g., Pix, boleto, digital banks) Compensation Fixed price: USD 30–75 per completed test Any required in-app purchase or transaction will be fully reimbursed Estimated total time: 30–60 minutes How to Apply Please include: Your current city and state in Brazil Your device type(s) (Android/iOS, laptop, etc.) Confirmation that you can record your screen and provide screenshots Confirmation that you can make a small reimbursable purchase if needed
