Looking For a Super Creative Full-Stack Developer for a Modern SaaS/Hiring Platform (MVP Concept) Job Description I'm building a concept for a new SaaS platform in the hiring space and am looking for a full-stack developer to help bring my minimum viable product (MVP) to life. The goal is to create a lean version with a humble/modest budget that can be piloted with real users to test viability and gauge interest. I’m seeking someone resourceful, collaborative, and excited to build something meaningful. More details about the platform and vision will be shared after an NDA and non-compete are signed. Your Role: Work with me to design clean, modern UI/UX and build the first version of the platform Advise on the most effective and efficient tech stack for an MVP — including modern development tools, database tools, hosting, and domain hosting (modern examples could include React/Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, etc.) I will provide UI/UX pages via Figma related to the concept but you will contribute modern SaaS UI/UX design & development skills for additional design/development needs beyond those mockups Set up authentication, database, and core workflows Help ensure the platform is scalable for future iterations I'm Looking For: Strong experience in full-stack development Skilled with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.) Experience with databases / backend as a service Experience leveraging AI development tools to accelerate builds, improve efficiency and launch faster — while ensuring safety, security, code quality and reliability are never compromised. Familiarity with SaaS, job platforms, or marketplaces (preferred, but not required) Portfolio or examples of web apps / SaaS products you’ve built Comfortable working under NDA and non-compete Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or education-related platforms Startup / MVP building experience Ability to think beyond code — a true partner in shaping and iterating Other Details: Budget: TBD (based on scope and your recommendations) Timeline: Focused on a functional MVP first Next Steps: Share your portfolio + relevant experience.
