I am in need of an awesome customer service specialist with digital marketing experience. We are a small but growing online business selling online courses related to the film industry. I need someone who can: - respond to each new email with consideration and care - handle refund requests, trying to retain business but giving a refund if it follows our money back guarantees - help people who can't login to the membership site get access - get purchasers the proper links if the links are broken - forward specific question emails to the owner so he can send a response - coordinate with the lead customer service/operations person to follow up with payment plan cancelation or deferment requests or failed payments. - responsible & reliable - can meet deadlines Simple simple stuff, but requires more than just templated responses. I have SOP email responses for customer questions, but it's often not enough to just send them as is. They usually need to be customized to each person's concern or problem. Patience and kindness is definitely needed. But for the most part our people are great to connect with. This is a very technical position dealing with several different online software. Ideally you will have experience with some of them and/or be a fast learner. Software we use daily/frequently in customer service: Thrivecart Active Campaign Google Drive Slack Gmail GoHighLevel Google Voice Custom ChatGpt Stripe Paypal Zoom Vimeo Canva EverWebinar Other software used: Unbounce We Video Descript Plus This Facebook Instagram YouTube Wordpress Right now, we are looking for maybe 2-3 hours per week - probably 2 days per week - and will need email check ins multiple times a day. VERY flexible. What this might look like, is you would check the inbox at 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 8pm. And if there was nothing you needed to do, great! If you needed to respond to an email, great! If you needed to switch up the check in times, that's no problem. It's very flexible. We just want to make sure that emails don't go unanswered for a whole day, especially if they are urgent. You would be coordinating your schedule with the other customer service/operations person. And if we have the occasional digital marketing task that needs to be done during the day, it would be amazing if you're available to help us. Our other VAs are in the Philippines and don't usually work during the US day. As we grow, we will need someone to take on more hours and grow with us, and I would love it to be you. We would prefer you to work in US hours. Someone in the Americas or EST to PST time zone is preferred.
