• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, business analysts, and QA engineers
• Implement solutions that support electronic trading flows and fixed income instruments
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in a high-demand environment
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps
• Work closely with global teams in a hybrid agile environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems
• Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework development
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
• Experience with Azure DevOps for build, release, and deployment pipelines
• Previous experience working in banking, financial services, or electronic trading platforms
• Knowledge of fixed income products (bonds, treasuries, etc.)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Nice to Have
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to FIX protocol or trading APIs
• Experience working in regulated environments or financial compliance contexts
• Hybrid model: Work onsite in São Paulo a few days per week
