Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop supply expansion and operational plans for new markets, addressing key supply-side challenges identified by management, and align strategies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Immerse in the physical business environment to build a systematic and solid understanding of local markets, helping the business gain insights into the current state of food supply (quantity, structure, profitability, etc.) and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Based on business phases and objectives, quickly deliver actionable strategy proposals (e.g., pricing models), facilitate discussions and alignment with business teams, and support strategy execution to achieve results.
  • Address other supply-side demands by conducting targeted analyses to provide data-driven and strategic support for business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis preferred; supply-side research experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and excellent research skills; ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems, conduct quantitative/qualitative validation, and proficiency in SQL or other data tools.
  • Fast learner with strong curiosity and self-motivation is a major plus.
  • Good communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive projects.
  • Open-minded and willing to be assigned to work in other countries.
