I’m building a small proof-of-concept (POC) web app using Next.js + TypeScript that integrates with external data APIs and uses simple AI text analysis for scoring/ranking. The POC includes: A search bar with basic auto-suggest API calls to fetch item data from third-party data sources A lightweight AI scoring pipeline (OpenAI API) A results list showing ranked items A detail page with summary information A simple map view using Mapbox or Google Maps Error and loading states Deployment to Vercel All wireframes, user flows, success criteria, and platform specifications are fully prepared and will be provided after hire.
