I need an experienced NinjaTrader 8 + Rithmic specialist to help me fix a connection issue between my Apex Trader Funding evaluation account and NinjaTrader 8. Context I am trading an Apex evaluation account that should be connected via Rithmic. I can log in to R|Trader (Rithmic) with the credentials Apex gave me. In NinjaTrader 8, however, I am only able to place orders on the SIM101 account. Trades placed in NinjaTrader do not show up in R|Trader and I am worried they are not being counted for the evaluation. Support told me that the account is SIM101, but I know SIM101 is only a local simulator and not the actual Apex evaluation account. I have already tried: Reinstalling NinjaTrader 8 Deleting/renaming the DocumentsNinjaTrader 8 folder Creating a new Rithmic connection in NinjaTrader with my Apex Rithmic credentials Checking Global Simulation Mode Basic troubleshooting steps with support The issue persists: the evaluation account is not properly linked in NinjaTrader, and orders are not reaching Rithmic/Apex. What I Need You to Do Diagnose and fix the connection between: Apex evaluation account Rithmic (R|Trader) NinjaTrader 8 Make sure that in NinjaTrader 8: My Rithmic evaluation account appears in the Account dropdown (not only SIM101).
