 We are seeking an experienced Odoo Consultant to lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Odoo environment, with a focus on POS, large-scale inventory management, e-commerce integrations, and marketplace connectivity


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Odoo Point of Sale (POS), including integration with payment terminals.
  • Set up and manage inventory for millions of SKUs, including product hierarchies, attributes, and cross-referencing for alternative or compatible parts.
  • Implement advanced product search functionality to handle part numbers, OEM references, and alternates.
  • Integrate shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, etc.) directly into Odoo.
  • Connect Odoo with our website and e-commerce platforms for real-time product sync.
  • Manage marketplace integrations such as eBay and Amazon for seamless order flow.
  • Ensure high-performance hosting for large databases and product catalogs.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for internal teams.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience with Odoo setup, customization, and module development.
  • Strong background in POS implementation and payment terminal integrations.
  • Expertise in inventory and warehouse management at scale (millions of SKUs).
  • Familiarity with auto parts catalogs and cross-referencing systems is a major plus.
  • Hands-on experience with shipping API integrations.
  • Knowledge of website and marketplace connectors (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of database optimization and hosting for large data sets.
  • Ability to translate business workflows into Odoo processes.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience with auto parts or aftermarket industries.
  • Familiarity with Odoo.sh, Docker, or cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, e-commerce user experience, and multi-channel selling.
