- What will you do?
Your main focus, as a Source of Good Life Specialist, will be People Operations, by
- Making the experience of working at Infraspeak something unique, personalized, and extraordinary, either at the office or remotely
- Managing Infraspeakers' day-to-day requests globally, from travel and resource bookings to special orders, perks, and events.
- Managing our Office in Florianopolis - Brazil (organize & inventory, events, equipment, accesses)
- Managing employee admission and dismissal processes
- Managing contact with external entities (accounting service providers and others)
- Enlighten the team on salary processing topics or any other relevant process
- Making sure all Infraspeakers have what they need to be at their best and perform better every day
- Enabling our top management in their day-to-day operations
- Making sure we have the coolest and most functional offices with a clear Infraspeak identity, regardless of their location and size
- What do we expect from you?
- Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire others
- Solid track record in managing internal and external HR operations (quotes, reservations, orders, events, etc.)
- Great sense of autonomy, organization, and teamwork
- Creativity and proactivity in suggesting new ideas and opportunities for improvement
- Curiosity, fearlessness, and grit: keep learning new things, don’t be afraid of trying something new, and persevere along the journey
- Positive mindset and good sense of humor (kill criteria 😅)
- English proficiency
