Offshore Recruiter for U.S. Healthcare Hiring (High-Volume, KPI-Driven) We are a multi-location U.S. healthcare organization hiring at scale. We are seeking an offshore recruiter who can execute high-volume, rules-based recruiting for U.S.-based clinical and administrative roles. This is an execution role. It is not advisory, not strategic, and not a coaching position. If you rely on intuition, exceptions, or “giving candidates a chance,” do not apply. Roles You Will Recruit For Treatment Coordinators Dental Assistants Front Desk / Call Center roles Other non-physician healthcare positions Core Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting using strict hiring criteria High-volume sourcing (posting + outbound messaging) Structured screening interviews using scripts and scorecards Immediate disqualification when deal-breakers are met Accurate ATS documentation and candidate tracking Daily and weekly recruiting metrics reporting Proactive pipeline ownership (no passive recruiting) Required Experience 2+ years recruiting for U.S.-based roles High-volume hiring experience Strong spoken and written English Experience with ATS systems (UKG or similar preferred) Comfortable working with strict KPIs and pass/fail rules Able to work independently with minimal supervision Performance Expectations Results matter more than effort Metrics matter more than opinions Documentation is required for every hire Quality of hire matters more than speed alone Location & Compensation This role is intended for offshore recruiters only Hourly rate is firm and tied to performance Long-term opportunity for consistent performers
