We’re building a new prediction markets app (currently in private beta) and need a few good-on-camera people to record short, TikTok-style “hot take” videos. What you’ll do: Record 4 vertical videos (15–45 seconds each) on your phone. Each video is you giving a strong, honest-feeling opinion on a specific future event. We’ll provide a short script + talking points for each question. You don’t need to read it word-for-word – it’s just guidance The goal is to look and sound like you’re sharing your real take with friends Example questions you might answer: “Will Sydney Sweeney apologize in 2025?” “Will there be a ceasefire in Ukraine by Dec 30th?” “Will Timothée Chalamet win Best Actor at the Oscars in 2026?” “Will a major tech company move out of San Francisco this year?” Vibe / style: Natural, conversational, slightly emotional – not stiff / corporate Settings can be casual: - sitting on a park bench - walking in the park - in the car (parked) - on the couch at home Just make sure: - good lighting on your face - clear audio (no loud traffic, wind, or echo) - phone held vertically (9:16) How delivery works: - You’ll get access to our beta web app -You’ll log in, create your profile, and upload each video through the app so your user icon appears on the content - We’ll give you clear instructions + a quick walkthrough - No separate file delivery is needed as long as the videos are successfully uploaded in the app Technical requirements: - Shot on a relatively recent smartphone (1080p or better) - Vertical format (9:16) - No heavy filters or text overlays Project context: - This is for a beta version of our app that isn’t public yet - Videos will be used inside the app experience and possibly in some social previews / tests Deliverables: 4 separate videos (15–45s each), each answering a different question, uploaded via the app under your account 1 small round of tweaks / reshoots if needed (e.g., if lighting or audio is off) Budget: $120 total for 4 videos (fixed price) What to include in your proposal: - A link to a short selfie video you’ve recorded (TikTok/Reels/UGC ad/etc.) - Your location + time zone - Any experience you have with UGC / talking to camera style content We’ll likely hire multiple creators for this. If it goes well, there’s a good chance of repeat work with more batches of questions.
