## **Job Description** We are a Texas-based real estate company focused on **Fix & Flip projects** in the **Dallas–Fort Worth** area. We buy, renovate, and resell single-family homes, and we are looking for an **on-site videographer** to join us for **two full days** to capture raw video content at multiple properties. ### **Project Details** * **Dates:** **December 18th and 19th** * **Location:** Dallas & Fort Worth, TX * **Duration:** Full day (traveling between properties with our team) ### **What We Need** We are looking for a **videomaker / videographer** to: * Film **raw video content** at several houses (before, during, and after renovation stages) * Capture **on-camera content** of our team inside and outside the properties * Follow us throughout the day and record spontaneous, natural footage * Focus on **high-quality raw footage** (editing is NOT required) We already have: * Scripts and content ideas prepared * A clear vision of what needs to be recorded * An **internal video editor** who will handle all post-production Your role is purely **on-site filming**. ### **Requirements** * Experience with real estate, construction, or on-site videography is a plus * Ability to move between locations with us * Own professional or semi-professional camera equipment * Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with * Comfortable filming people on camera ### **Deliverables** * Organized raw video files delivered after each day or at the end of the project This is a **short-term project**, but there is strong potential for **ongoing work** if it’s a good fit.
