Formação: •Ensino médio. Requisitos da vaga: •Conhecimento intermediário: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; •Desejável experiência anterior em vendas e atendimento ao cliente de forma remota. Atribuições do cargo: Realizar atendimento, no canal Varejo através de contato ativo ou receptivo, de possíveis clientes adquirentes de produtos e serviços da empresa, para oferecer produtos e serviços, de acordo com a necessidade do cliente. Reportar ao gestor atendimentos com demandas de preço/desconto mais complexos que não esteja descrito nas instruções de trabalho. Efetuar proposta de preços, após simulações para analisar a melhor estratégia. Realizar relatórios, quando solicitado, para verificar se a oferta realizada é capaz de atender as expectativas e necessidades do cliente. Horário de Trabalho: Das 13:40 às 20:00 horas. Local de Trabalho: Home office, conforme aditivo de Teletrabalho.
