- Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting across platforms, ensuring key metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR) are captured and validated.
- Audit analytics configurations and troubleshoot attribution or reporting discrepancies.
- Shopify Management
- Configure and manage Shopify stores, including product setup, variants, collections, and feeds.
- Implement product feed integrations across all marketing and sales channels.
- Set up and verify tracking (including server-side configurations).
- Apply basic Liquid edits and manage app integrations, warehouse, and fulfillment settings.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Set up and maintain Business Manager, Commerce Manager, Meta Shop, Ad Accounts, and connected assets.
- Implement and audit pixel tracking, events, and CRM integrations with Shopify or custom systems.
- Troubleshoot attribution and integration issues across Meta platforms.
- TikTok
- Create and manage Business Center, Ad Accounts, Seller Center, and related profiles.
- Configure tracking pixels, events, and CRM integrations.
- Audit and troubleshoot tracking and attribution discrepancies.
- Google Ecosystem
- Set up and manage Google Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Postmaster.
- Implement UTMs and conversion tracking for accuracy and consistency.
- Audit and resolve issues related to tracking, feeds, and data synchronization.
- Email & Marketing Automation (Klaviyo and Others)
- Set up and integrate email platforms with ecommerce and CRM systems.
- Configure events, metrics, and tracking for performance reporting.
- Audit and troubleshoot deliverability or data sync issues.
- APIs, Webhooks & Workflow Automation
- Work confidently with JSON and RESTful integrations.
- Build and manage automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Ensure consistent data flow across systems and maintain documentation.
- Domains & Cloudflare
- Configure and manage domains in Cloudflare.
- Administer DNS settings, SSL certificates, and troubleshoot related issues.
- Project Management & Internal Systems
- Support internal teams in Asana with boards, automations, and custom reporting.
- Manage Bitwarden vaults, groups, and user access to ensure secure credential handling.
- Develop and maintain detailed SOPs documenting operational processes and best practices.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing implementation.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads/Analytics, and Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, data tracking, and attribution.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side tracking or advanced Tag Manager setups.
- Basic front-end or Shopify Liquid coding skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
