Kintow is a restaurant management platform that automates back office tasks for cafés and restaurants. We work with a growing group of concepts in the U.S. and help them handle the unglamorous but critical work like ordering from vendors, tracking costs, and keeping their data clean so they can focus on hospitality. We’re looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to join us remotely and help us execute day-to-day operations as we grow. __ Compensation & Schedule - Rate: USD $8/hour - Hours: ~40 hours per week - Monthly Approximation: Around USD $1,300/month - Location: Remote - Schedule: Overlap with U.S. business hours (at least 4 hours overlap with Eastern Time) __ You will - Place orders to vendors on behalf of our customers using clear checklists and SOPs - Double-check order details (items, quantities, prices) and follow up with vendors when something looks off - Update and maintain customer profiles, vendor lists, and product catalogs in our system - Organize and clean data from invoices, spreadsheets, and internal tools - Help with basic lead research (finding potential restaurant customers and collecting accurate contact info) - Prepare simple weekly reports and status updates for the team - Document processes and help improve our internal checklists over time - Handle general operations/admin tasks that keep our customers and team moving in the right direction __ You are - A high performer – You like working with people who care about doing great work and moving quickly - Detail-oriented – You notice small mistakes in numbers, names, and dates and you fix them before they become problems - Curious – If something doesn’t make sense, you ask questions and dig until you understand it - Reliable – When you say you’ll do something, your team can count on it getting done on time - Calm and organized – You’re comfortable managing checklists, deadlines, and multiple tasks without dropping things - Comfortable with restaurants – Bonus if you’ve worked with restaurants, cafés, or food businesses before or are simply interested in the space __ You have - 3+ year of experience as a virtual assistant, operations assistant, admin assistant, or similar role - Excellent written and spoken English; you’re comfortable communicating with U.S.-based teammates and customers - Strong experience with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs, and basic CRM/spreadsheet work - A stable internet connection and a quiet place to work - Willingness to learn new software tools quickly (POS systems, invoice tools, internal dashboards) ⸻ What you can expect - Work directly with the founders and small team on meaningful, real-world problems for restaurants - Clear SOPs and expectations, plus room to grow as we scale - A remote-first role where good work and reliability matter more than titles ⸻
