  • We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).
  • To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.
  • Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Support the design and execution of incentive strategies to improve balance and efficiency across the 99Abastece fuel marketplace.
  • Analyze driver behavior and refueling patterns to identify pain points and recommend improvements in the end-to-end refueling journey.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business impact.
  • Develop and model analytical frameworks, with a strong focus on price elasticity and incentive effectiveness across different cities and products.
  • Map, document, and continuously optimize operational processes, turning complex problems into clear, executable actions.
  • Leverage internal and external data to assess pricing positioning and competitive dynamics at a city and product level.
  • Actively identify opportunities for experimentation, proposing and executing new tests in collaboration with Pricing, Demand, Supply, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Design and execute engagement strategies to improve driver experience, frequency, and retention across all engagement levels.
  • Support day-to-day marketplace operations, helping to diagnose and resolve operational challenges involving drivers and partner gas stations.
  • Take full ownership of marketplace performance in your scope, acting in a resourceful and scrappy way to ensure growth, quality, and continuity of service.
  • Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience using data to lead, support, and influence business and operational decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear insights and actions.
