About Us We are a fast-scaling trading & AI-driven company building products at the intersection of finance, automation, and performance. Our devs are shipping cutting-edge AI products (like AI voice agents replacing receptionists), and now we need an Operations Manager / Operator who can step in and help us launch, scale, and structure the business. The Role This is not a standard “admin assistant.” You’ll work directly with the founder to set up the company foundation and drive projects forward. You’ll be responsible for making sure ideas become reality, creating processes, and ensuring the team executes. What You’ll Do Company Setup: Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, ACH, Wise, merchant accounts), CRM, contracts, NDAs, onboarding flows. Ops & Workflows: Build dashboards (Notion/ClickUp/Airtable) to track hiring, projects, and clients. Sales Support: Package offers (docs/slides), create follow-up templates, set up pipelines. Automation: Use tools like n8n, Zapier, AI agents to eliminate manual work. Project Leadership: Keep devs, contractors, and team members aligned and on schedule. Reporting: Deliver simple weekly ops reports (wins, bottlenecks, priorities). Who You Are: 3+ years in operations, business ops, or startup operator roles. Super organized, structured, detail-driven, but also nimble and inventive. AI & workflow savvy — comfortable with n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Twilio, OpenAI. A leader: people follow your systems and you get stuff done. Motivated, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced founder-led environment. Compensation: $2,500–$4,000/month (depending on experience). Long-term, full-time role with growth opportunities. How We Hire (Competition Style): We’ve received many strong applicants, so we’re running a competition trial: All candidates receive a real-world trial task (launch support for our AI voice agent product). Deadline: Thursday 5 PM EST. The top 5 submissions will each be paid $100. Winner will be offered the full-time role ($2.5–$4k/month).
