Job Title Operations & Supply Chain Lead, S&RC LATAM Job Description Operations & Supply Chain Lead, S&RC LATAM Your role: Individual contributor creating and managing monthly demand plan for a period of 24 months rolling for LATAM ensuring high levels of Forecast Accuracy Align strategic volume plans with implicated areas and reconcile them with monetized S&OP plans. Communicate and escalate critical gaps between plans in the S&OP meetings Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales, operations and finance and address input gaps as identified by forecast error, bias and volatility review, supply constraints and other means Conduct and/or facilitate what-if analysis to create alternate scenarios for reconciling demand, supply and financial plans Coordinate and oversee Customer Service-related processes (order processing, calls and DME inquiries) in close collaboration with the Order Management team to ensure service performance and seamless communication. Coordinate with 3PL Warehouse and Transport operations, ensuring effective inbound/outbound management of finished goods and proper execution of value-added services (e.g., labelling, rework, etc.). Facilitate and drive the analysis of network supply performance in order to optimize inventory, ensure healthy safety stock levels, reduce obsolescence across the network, and maximize production efficiency Own and monitor key supply chain KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Health (DOS/DOH), Customer Service Level, and Cost-to-Serve. Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function, driving automation, data visibility, and process efficiency through advanced analytics and system improvements. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies. You're the right fit if: Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a strong focus on Demand Planning, S&OE, and S&OP processes, ideally within a Consumer Goods, Retail, or pharmaceutical environment, and accustomed to working closely with 3PL partners. Proven experience leading or facilitating S&OP cycles, integrating demand, supply, and financial planning, and driving alignment between commercial, operations, and finance teams. Degree-level education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; APICS certification is a strong plus. Language skills: Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish with English B1 level minimum. Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams across regional or global organizations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior leaders and customers. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VBA/macros; strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. Expertise in SAP (PRD & MP1) and familiarity with demand planning systems such as JDA/BY Kinaxis, O2, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions, familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Qlik sense, Power BI), experience in programming DAX, Power Query or Python is highly valued Proven experience driving process improvement and system implementation projects across planning and logistics domains. LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.
