  • As they scale, they’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Position Summary
  • You’ll handle client support tickets, assist internal teams with scheduling and documentation, and coordinate simple vendor and logistics tasks.
  • This is a hands-on role in a lean international team where adaptability, communication, and follow-through are key.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support & Ticket Management
  • Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.
  • Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.
  • Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Operational Support & Coordination
  • Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).
  • Vendor & Logistics Assistance
  • Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).
  • Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.

  • 💵 Payment in USD (monthly contractor basis).
  • 💰 Salary range: USD 1,000 – 1,400/month, depending on experience.
  • 🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for LATAM time zones.
