- 🚀 About the Role
This is a hybrid Operations + Support position where you will
- Manage client support tickets
- Coordinate internal operations
- Conduct vendor assessment and vendor communications
- Maintain documentation
- Support logistics, scheduling, and cross-team workflows
- You’ll work with a lean global team (US + LATAM + India), so clear communication and strong follow-through are essential.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Ticket Management
- Manage incoming support tickets and provide timely, professional responses
- Escalate issues to technical or product teams
- Track recurring issues, update FAQs, and identify automation opportunities
- Operational Support & Coordination
- Execute recurring operational tasks with accuracy
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows
- Maintain Notion/Google Docs for internal processes
- Ensure cross-team alignment and timely follow-up
- Vendor Management (MUST-HAVE)
- Conduct vendor assessment and comparison
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Maintain a vendor database and structured tracking system
- 🧩 Qualifications
- Experience
- 1–3 years in operations, support, logistics coordination, or vendor management
- Demonstrated experience in vendor assessment (non-negotiable)
- Experience with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or willingness to learn
- Skills
- Highly organized, structured, and reliable
- Excellent communication across multiple teams
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets
- Personal Attributes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Curious and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable working independently with supervision when needed
