We are seeking experienced Business English Trainers to deliver engaging and impactful online 1:1 training sessions for senior professionals from multinational companies. This is not general ESL. Our clients are executives who need to sharpen their communication skills for high-stakes business contexts: meetings, presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions. Responsibilities: Deliver live online Business English sessions (1:1). Facilitate role plays, simulations, and discussions in real professional scenarios (board meetings, client presentations, interviews, negotiations, etc.). Adapt lessons to participants’ industries (finance, law, technology, logistics, energy, sales, HR, etc.) and real communication needs. Provide actionable feedback on clarity, vocabulary, pronunciation, and executive presence. Collaborate with our team to align sessions with program objectives. Requirements: Proven experience teaching Business English to senior professionals (experience with executives or multinational environments is essential). Strong background in corporate training, executive coaching, or leadership communication is highly valued. Ability to engage participants online and ensure interactive learning. Familiarity with executive-level vocabulary (presentations, meetings, ESG, finance, intercultural communication, etc.). Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Availability to teach in GMT-3 (Brasília time) is a plus. FCE certification is required. Preferred: Knowledge of industries such as finance, law, infrastructure, logistics, or technology.
