Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do Train and develop Stryker customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration. Launch new account across São Paulo, Brazil. Serve as a MAKO clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's Robotic Arm, assists surgeon in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning. Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and Theatre staff at Stryker accounts. Support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products. Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences. Provide potential customers with opportunity to experience product in use and explain its clinical value. What you will need Technical Degree and/or bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Surgical Instrumentalist, or other Healthcare related area. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment. Highly experienced in clinical and surgical support, comfortable in Operating Room environment and guidance of surgeons and clinical staff. Availability to travel and flexible hours. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
