  • 🛠 What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Design smart campaign structures, allocate budgets, and refine audience targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Run creative testing frameworks to boost CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Analyze daily performance data to make actionable, real-time optimizations that scale profitably.
  • Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to build cohesive, conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging tools to keep your accounts performing at their peak.
  • ✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 3–4+ years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns foreCommerce brands.
  • Proven success scaling large Meta budgets ($50K–$500K+/mo).
  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
  • Strong grasp of key metrics: ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify, and attribution tracking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and client-facing strategy calls.

  • Experience with U.S.-based eCommerce agencies or brands.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Klaviyo.
  • Landing page CRO and post-click optimization experience.
