Deliverables (what “done” looks like): P&L‑aware audit of paid channels (Meta/Google/TikTok), cohorts, tracking, and margins; define KPIs that pay back (RPS, MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV). Tracking cleanup: verify/fix GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI; ensure events, UTMs, and attribution are consistent. Account structure plan: frameworks for campaigns, budgets, geos/segments, and incrementality tests (Meta & Google). Creative & offers plan: UGC hooks, bundles/price tests, thumb‑stop angles; priority brief list for the next 4–6 ads. Landing/CRO quick wins: top leaks on PDP/PLP/LP with fixes prioritized by impact/effort (Shopify‑ready). Reporting: one lightweight dashboard + weekly report template tying tests to contribution margin. 30‑day execution roadmap: sprint plan with KPIs, guardrails, and decision tree for scale/kill/iterate. Inputs you’ll provide: read‑only access to Ads/Analytics/Shopify, last 90 days of spend & revenue, current gross margin & target CAC/ROAS.
