  • Job Description
  • The Panel Marketing Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of coordinating and executing panel-facing marketing strategies, aimed at improving panel size, engagement and retention across all centralised panels and key markets, ensuring alignment with the organization's multiple brand guidelines and objectives. This role has direct line management responsibility for the Panel Marketing team and is responsible for effectively organizing the team’s workload to ensure regular, effective, high-quality marketing campaigns are delivered to all centralised panels in all key markets.

Essential Job functions (what the employee would do)

Including, but not limited to the following

  • Lead and manage the Panel Marketing delivery team, with responsibility for the management, development, and appraisal. Effectively delegating work, providing guidance, training, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Effectively contribute to Panel growth across all centralised panel brands and key markets.
  • Work closely with the Strategy function to ensure we proactively coordinate efforts drive coordinated planning across all centralised panel brands and markets, to avoid over contacting members for different initiatives minimising overlap and ensuring members receive a cohesive experience.
  • Ensure that all centralised panel branding, editorial, and marketing guidelines are followed across all email campaigns, working closely with the Design & Content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to email marketing processes to maintain consistency across all centralised panel brand campaigns and improve efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows.
  • Work closely with the Panel Marketing Manager to create drive and implement a panel marketing strategiesy globally.
  • Review and approve final campaigns, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and campaign specifications.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet day-to-day deliverables.
  • Own panel growth efforts for all centralised panel brands, including the campaigns calendar management, planner, and reports.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and new initiatives as required.
  • Provide support to new team members during their onboarding trainings, and tasks related to panel marketing efforts across all panel brands.
  • Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and analysis of live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel marketing activities.
  • Ensure campaign costs are estimated and finalised in a timely manner, liaising with the Panel Marketing Strategy Manager to sign off and track budget for all marketing initiatives.
  • Qualifications

Education and Training Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field.
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar.
  • Second language proficiency preferred, but not required.

Minimum Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing

Knowledge, Skill, Ability

  • Effective project and time management skills, with the special focus on the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Data Collection & Analysis.
  • Member database management.
  • Email marketing and automation workflows.
  • Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively brief the in-house designer is important.
