🚀 Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Web3 + Fitness Start-Up) 🌍 Remote | ~$100/week | 10–15 hrs/week | Flexible schedule We’re a fast-moving startup running multiple brands and looking for a creative, energetic, and ambitious assistant to help us take things to the next level. You’ll be working directly with the Creative Director (founder) to design, edit, and schedule viral content—bringing new ideas, experimenting with campaigns, and helping shape the voice of 2–3 brands: • $FOMO → A Web3 memecoin + community project (competitions, giveaways, meme culture). • myNFTe → A fashion/merch brand merging NFTs with custom drops. • Personal Brand → Fitness, mindset, and Web3 commentary. 👉 We’ll start with 1–2 brands as we build the foundation. Once we have content scheduled in advance and systems in place, your role will expand across all brands. This isn’t a traditional internship or a corporate “assistant” role—it’s startup energy, fresh perspectives, and creative freedom. If you love staying on top of trends and want to help create viral moments, we want you here. ⸻ 🎯 What You’ll Do • Edit and create short-form content (TikTok, Reels, IG Stories, X posts) from raw clips & ideas. • Brainstorm viral hooks, captions, memes, and content series. • Build and manage a content calendar (2–4 weeks out). • Schedule posts at optimal times using Later/Buffer or native schedulers. • Support contests, giveaways, and campaigns (draft posts, track entries, highlight winners). • Share weekly performance insights (what worked, what flopped, what’s next). • Collaborate directly with the founder on creative campaigns, content experiments, and new growth ideas. ⸻ 💡 Bonus Responsibilities (if you’re up for it) • Light community engagement (replying, commenting, resharing). • Business development support (partnership/sales ideas → commission eligible). • Repurpose content for YouTube/Facebook as we grow. ⸻ 🙌 What We’re Looking For • Passion for creating viral edits and staying ahead of trends. • Strong interest in Web3/crypto culture or fitness/mindset/lifestyle (bonus if both). • Basic editing/design skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar). • Creative thinker who’s excited to pitch new ideas. • Entrepreneurial mindset—treat this like a startup role, not a task list. • Sales or biz dev interest is a plus (bonus opportunities available). ⸻ 💰 Compensation & Perks • ~$100/week retainer (flexible ~10–15 hrs/week). • Performance bonuses + sales commissions as brands grow. • Direct mentorship from founder/creative director. • Huge creative freedom—your ideas will actually get used. • Remote + flexible hours (focus on results, not clocking in). ⸻ ⚡ How to Apply 1.
