We are a fast-growing social media agency managing daily posts for multiple health, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to help us keep content running smoothly and on time. Responsibilities Schedule and publish posts in Later across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. Double-check that posts are live at the scheduled times and troubleshoot if needed. Monitor accounts for posting errors or formatting issues and flag any problems. Communicate with the team during PST business hours to confirm schedules and updates. Track completed posts and maintain organized content calendars. Requirements Proven experience scheduling content with Later (or similar tools). Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliable availability during PST hours for quick check-ins. Strong written communication and ability to follow brand guidelines. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok best practices is a plus. Details Part-time to start (approx. 15-20 hrs/week) with potential to expand to full-time as the agency grows. Must be located in the Americas!
