Job Title Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Fluent American English, PST Overlap Required) Description An executive coaching and leadership advisory firm is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (10–15 hours per week to start). The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Professionalism and excellent written and spoken American English are essential. Applicants must have availability that overlaps at least 3 hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) between 10am–5pm to allow for real-time communication and collaboration. Responsibilities Produce polished business documents, presentations, and formatted content to professional standards Research trends, topics, methodologies, clients, and prospects Organize and synthesize large quantities of data into clear outputs Create, format, and generate content in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint Create, manage, and organize data in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts) Format newsletters and sequences on email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar) Support social media content creation (written and visual) Design support using Canva and PowerPoint Required Skills & Tools Fluency in American English (written and spoken) Strong Canva and PowerPoint skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Ability to format and generate professional documents, presentations, and posts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be available for frequent communication during agreed-upon hours overlapping 10am–5pm PST Nice to Have Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Application Instructions Please include the following in your application: Resume or CV Link to an online portfolio or samples of prior work A short writing sample (must be original, not AI-generated) Confirmation of weekly availability overlapping PST hours Hourly rate
