  • Overview
  • As a Partner Solution Architect – Cloud & Security (IC5), you will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, translating their business needs into secure, scalable, and industry-aligned architectures. You will guide complex implementations, influence partner technical roadmaps, and remove blockers to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. Your leadership will help drive repeatable success by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and shaping technical strategy across the region.
  • Responsibilities
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer & Partner: Translate partner and customer insights into actionable recommendations that influence product direction, solution strategy, and continuous improvement. Proactively surface feedback to internal engineering, security, and product teams to accelerate issue resolution and roadmap alignment.
  • Drive Cross‑Solution Opportunities & Cloud Adoption: Identify, qualify, and drive cross‑solution opportunities that expand usage, consumption, and cloud value realization. Support partners in building market‑ready offers that scale across customers and industries.
  • Remove Technical Blockers & Accelerate Deployment: Anticipate, escalate, and resolve technical blockers across security, infrastructure, applications, data, and AI workloads to accelerate deployment and customer confidence. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex cloud and security issues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Build Trusted C‑Level and Technical Relationships: Establish and grow trusted relationships with C‑level and technical decision makers to align cloud and security architectures with strategic business priorities.
  • Lead & Mentor Virtual Teams: Provide technical leadership by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and contributing reusable patterns that scale across the partner ecosystem.
  • Qualifications
  • Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required to effectively collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 6+ years experience leading technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
