As a hands-on data scientist with strong data engineering skills, you build scalable data products, develop predictive insights, and work closely with HR. You turn questions into practical, trustworthy analyses. Role highlights You validate and evolve use cases from HR data such as workforce trends, interactions, and operational metrics You develop and integrate machine learning models into existing systems You shape data architecture and data models and build data pipelines You ensure data security with row-level and column-level controls You build scalable solutions with Python on AWS Your skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Computer Science or Data Science Several years of experience in data science, analytics, or building AI products, ideally in people analytics Strong skills in Python and experience with AWS Solid understanding of data security and governance Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skills and creativity Engaged, curious, and proactive Very good German and English, spoken and written With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from home.
