- About the role
- The Senior Performance Analyst will own Digibee’s performance, growth, and recognition processes. The mission is to ensure that performance cycles g truly drive productivity, business results, and leadership development.
- On a daily routine you will..
- Design and run end-to-end performance cycles, including methodology definition, timelines, execution, calibration, and communication of results.
- Ensure performance and feedback processes are simple, fair, and outcome-driven, supporting high performance rather than administrative overhead.
- Identify, map, and actively manage top talent and critical roles across the organization.
- Structure and operate merit, promotion, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and budget constraints.
- Build and continuously improve Digibee’s leadership development framework, enabling leaders to scale teams, make autonomous decisions, and execute in a fast-growth environment.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate performance data into clear insights that support people and business decisions.
- Track and analyze performance, engagement, and turnover indicators, turning data into executive-level narratives and recommendations.
- Facilitate calibration sessions, leadership discussions, and workshops focused on performance, growth, and accountability.
- What you’ll need to bring...
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance management frameworks, leadership development programs, and recognition or promotion cycles.
- Solid background facilitating workshops, calibration sessions, and leadership conversations about performance and talent.
- Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel and/or BI tools, with the ability to convert complex data into clear executive presentations.
- A highly analytical, structured, and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect people metrics to company strategy.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments where structure is built while the company scales.
