Their work is grounded in purpose, supporting mission-driven brands through digital strategy, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and creative execution.   • They’re now looking for a Performance Marketing & Operations Specialist who can combine hands-on paid media expertise with SEO support, technical implementation, and cross-team coordination.
  • About the Role
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technical problem-solving. As a Performance Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms while also supporting SEO efforts, email systems, and website operations for multiple clients.
  • You will serve as a technical point of contact on the team—helping navigate tools, troubleshoot systems, and understand each client’s tech stack. Strong task management, curiosity, and a self-starter mindset are essential, as this role involves continuous learning and collaboration with creative, strategy, and client service teams.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Performance
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor performance and create reports that translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize campaign impact.
  • SEO & Website Support
  • Assist in SEO research, on-page optimizations, and implementation coordination.
  • Support website updates, QA, tracking implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Help maintain best practices across client sites to improve organic visibility and user experience.
  • Digital Operations & Technical Support
  • Act as a technical liaison for email marketing platforms, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of each client’s tech stack—including CMS, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues alongside the internal team and external partners when needed.
  • Task & Workflow Ownership
  • Manage tasks and timelines across campaigns using tools like Trello, Monday.com, Google Docs & Slides, or Asana.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and carry them from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and next steps to internal teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Coordinate with creative, development, strategy, and client service teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment.
  • Document scopes, timelines, deliverables, and asset needs for digital initiatives in an organized and accessible way.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas that improve workflows, tools, or team efficiency.
  • Take a test-and-learn approach, explore new tools, experiment with solutions, and bring curiosity and technical initiative to every project.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs, organize work ahead of deadlines, and handle details carefully to support successful project execution.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) — this is essential.
  • A curious, tech-forward mindset with a natural inclination to test, explore, and learn new tools, platforms, and approaches.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
  • Comfort working with and/or learning email platforms, website CMS tools, analytics platforms, and marketing tech systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Self-directed, and excited to learn new tools and skills, highly organized.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work full-time in Eastern Time (ET).
  • Experience managing non-paid campaigns (organic social, email, web updates, branding).

  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or distributed remote teams.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. digital marketing landscape (platform norms, audiences, compliance, best practices).
  • Monthly Salary: $2,500 USD (Full-time, contractor basis)
