Seeking an experienced Python/LangChain developer to build a personal-use, single user GPT-based investment research assistant. There is NO SaaS or commercial functionality required. the chosen developer will have experience in retrieving SEC filings via API using FinnHub. The tool will maintain a searchable document memory in a vector database (FAOSS or PostgreSQL) to generate structured research reports in a defined template. It will be could-hosted on Render with simple Streamlit or Radio interface for document upload, ticker management, and report export. There will be a light optional feature to allow read-only access for 2-3 reviewers who can view reports or upload comments. Architecture should be modular and portable for possible future enhancements. I have a detailed internal RFD and set of addendums that outline logic, workflow and data sources.
