What you will do The Personal Health Materials Supervisor will lead and manage a team of scientists responsible to globally qualify Fibers and Non-Woven/ Personal Hygiene raw materials, in partnership with other technical areas (RD and Tech Ops global partners), to support Global Consumer “Engineered” Products portfolio (Wound care, Feme care, Oral Care, Beauty & Baby wipes products) and compliance demands. The goal is to ensure business continuity through science, by handling new and alternate materials qualifications, supplier driven changes implementation and providing plant support to solve materials related issues. This role also leads LATAM chemical portfolio management and new regional raw material qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Great sense of urgency is needed to actively respond to problems and opportunities. Demonstrate a clear bias to drive the team for action on priorities. Ability to communicate clearly with the internal organization (Kenvue areas) and external manufacturing plants and suppliers. Ability to lead complexity and to work collaboratively in partnership with other areas. Plan and organize projects, drive across multiple subject areas, defining scope, range and problem resolution methods to technically saving driven projects. Risk taking and decision are critical components of the role in helping settle project success. Collaborates effectively with project members following priorities, checkpoints and timeline in support of objective. Develops others at lower levels and provides servant leadership to the team Ability to mentor and motivate the team and others. Have a mindset to find opportunities to improve our process in a proactive way. Manage and coordinate low and high complexity projects with cross-functional team and SMEs, report metrics, and interact with and/or lead cross-functional teams to implement projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Assurance, Research and Development (R&D), MS&T, Regulatory, Toxicology and other functional groups as needed. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related areas. Minimum of 6 year experience in Research & Development or related areas of Fibers and NonWoven Industry or resins/polymers Raw Material Industry. Experience in product development/analysis and/or Quality. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced English. Desired Qualifications: Experience with consumer “engineered” products, like sanitary protection, wound care, wipes products or correlated areas is highly preferred.
