We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and reliable Intake Representative to join our team! You’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have been in car accidents. Your job is to apply active listening skills, gather important details, and guide them through the intake process with patience and professionalism. What you’ll do: • Inbound and outbound calls to potential clients • Collect information about accidents, injuries, and treatment • Enter details into our system, accuracy matters! • Be empathetic and supportive while staying professional • Keep things organized and on track What we’re looking for: • Strong English communication skills (verbal + written) • Comfortable talking with people over the phone • Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills • Positive, patient, and professional attitude • Experience in intake, great call control, outstanding customer service skills, or legal/medical is a big plus $5 Hourly plus $15 Commission per retained case OTE $1700 monthly, top performers earn more!
