About the role

• We are looking for a Legal Writer (Personal Injury) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in writing and editing. This role involves drafting personal injury demands, strong writing and editing skills, and reviewing documents.
• Previous experience drafting demands is preferred.
• US Law Firm experience is required.

What you’ll be doing

• Drafting personal injury demands and related legal documents with clarity and professionalism.
• Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy, grammar, and compliance.
• Updating and tracking case documents in the firm’s case management system.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Participating in remote meetings and managing documents through digital platforms.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with high case volume and supporting attorneys with day-to-day drafting tasks.
• Who are we looking for?
• 2+ years of experience in legal drafting or a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage information gathering, document follow-up, and workflow support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience drafting personal injury demands is preferred.
• Experience working in a US law firm is required.
