How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Resumida: O cargo de coordenador de Fabrica se reporta ao Gerente da Planta e coordena todas as atividades de produção de acordo com os objetivos estabelecidos. Ele(a) desenvolve planos de curto e longo prazo para aumentar a produtividade, garantindo a eficiência e a segurança das operações. Ele(a) será responsável pela gestão das equipes de trabalho; estabelecendo metas de desempenho, monitorando o desempenho individual, realizando avaliações, bem como identificando necessidades de treinamento e proporcionando oportunidades de desenvolvimento. Responsabilidades: • Garantir a conformidade com todos os sistemas de qualidade e procedimentos ambientais. • Analisar o desempenho da planta e identificar áreas para melhoria. • Implementar planos de ação visando a redução de custos e o aumento da eficiência. • Elaborar programas mensais de produção de acordo com as previsões de vendas. • Definir e monitorar indicadores-chave dos processos de produção (produtividade, desperdício, absenteísmo). • Planejar cronogramas de manutenção e garantir que as manutenções preventivas e corretivas sejam realizadas nos equipamentos e instalações. • Supervisionar os processos de fabricação e coordenar as operações de produção para manter a máxima eficiência dentro das limitações orçamentárias. • Monitorar as mudanças na legislação e regulamentações relativas à saúde e segurança ocupacional e adaptá-las à sua organização. • Prestar suporte aos demais departamentos, enviando relatórios e estatísticas por eles solicitados. • Elaborar dados estatísticos sobre acidentes e outros problemas relacionados ao processo produtivo. • Participar de reuniões e grupos de trabalho com os diversos setores envolvidos na atividade da Empresa. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements? Qualificações: Graduação em Engenharia. Mínimo de três anos de experiência na mesma área, no setor industrial. Experiência na indústria química será considerada um diferencial. Capacidade de planejamento, organização e controle. Fortes habilidades de liderança e iniciativa. Conhecimento das ferramentas do Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Domínio da língua inglesa é desejável.
