Gestão das operações de distribuição urbana de transportes Last Mile Rio de Janeiro(RJ) e Espirito Santo(ES); Condução de fóruns de performance diária, semanal e mensal; Liderança direta de equipe de analistas responsáveis por agrupamentos regionais de operações; Liderança indireta operadores logísticos e padronização de processos; PDCA / SDCA e tratamento de KPI's de Velocidade & Performance; Análises de malha logística, com proposições de mudança e melhoria nos modelos operacionais dos parceiros; Implementação de soluções de digitalização do tracking de entrega e follow up de etapas do processo; Gerenciamento de custos logísticos. Quais os requisitos? Ensino superior completo; Conhecimento avançado em Excel; Conhecimento em transportes Last Mile; Experiência anterior em gestão de operações logísticas; Experiência anterior em gestão de parceiros; Experiência anterior com gestão de pessoas; Disponibilidade para viagens.
