Laravel System Development – Real Estate Investment Management Project Overview We are looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel developer to take over the development of a real estate investment management system for a client of ours. The platform has two types of access: - Investor: access to reports, investment overview, legal document review, and tracking of processed contributions. - Administrator: management dashboards for commercial proposals, approvals, and creation of legal drafts with dynamic data replacement. The system is primarily fed through Excel/CSV spreadsheets, which will trigger automatic calculations and data updates. A legal module allows editing of contract templates (minutas), replacing placeholders with real investor and property data. Investor views must display “data last updated on:” to show when their investments were last processed. Additionally, the system requires integration with the DocuSign REST API for sending, signing, and tracking legal documents. Scope & Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the backend using Laravel 12; - Build the commercial proposal approval flow (admin → commercial → investor); - Implement spreadsheet import and automated calculations; - Develop the legal draft (minuta) editor with dynamic placeholder substitution; - Integrate with the DocuSign REST API for document signing and tracking; - Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across modules; - Collaborate through Git version control for code reviews and commits. Technical Requirements - Strong experience with PHP 8.2+ and Laravel 12; - Solid understanding of Eloquent ORM, Migrations, Jobs/Queues, Policies, Requests, and Events; - Experience with Excel/CSV import and processing (Maatwebsite Excel or similar); - Familiarity with Git or version control systems; - Experience with MySQL and local environments such as XAMPP or similar; - Hands-on experience with REST API integrations, preferably DocuSign or equivalent; - Clean, maintainable, and well-documented code practices. Nice to Have - Background in investment or real estate management systems; - Experience generating dynamic legal documents or PDF templates; - Knowledge of Blade, Vue.js, or Inertia.js (optional – system is mostly headless); - Experience with asynchronous jobs and queues; - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Contract Details - Freelance / Remote - Immediate start - Project-based contract, with potential for extension based on deliverables - Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and scope
