Stefanini LATAM is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to work directly with one of our Sales Managers, supporting strategic initiatives for global clients, especially in the Data and AI universe.This is a crucial role, combining hands-on PM and PMO partner roles, ensuring governance, visibility, and structured delivery of multiple projects.Contract Type: Contractor / Freelance via Deel - Stefanini LATAMDedication: Full-time (exclusive)Location: 100% RemoteLong-term projectThe ideal professional has solid experience in end-to-end management, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to translate progress, risks, and next steps to high-level stakeholders.Responsabilidades y atribucionesResponsibilitiesLead the complete project cycle (possibly in Data and AI initiatives);Act as a right-hand person to a Sales Manager, ensuring alignment, governance, and structured deliverables;Perform PMO activities: consolidated reports, progress tracking, documentation, risk and issue management.Facilitate ceremonies and workshops (Lean Inception, Agile practices, etc.).Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, and budget.Communicate with excellence in English (oral and written).Requisitos y calificacionesRequirements7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO in technology environments.Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Practical experience with Lean Inception.Fluent English (C1+).Previous experience with large/global clients.Ability to manage multiple workflows and consolidate information clearly.Preferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, PMO, or similar certifications.Experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or complex technological ecosystem projects.Informaciones adicionalesIf you are a structured delivery leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for organizing and driving strategic projects, we want to talk to you!
