And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTeach and guide student learning, following Red House’s pedagogical plan and adapting strategies to each student’s needs.Monitor and evaluate student progress through observation and evidence collection, implementing actions to improve performance and engagement.Prepare lesson plans, materials, and adaptations for students with learning or special educational needs.Maintain student records, assessments, and reports according to school policies and deadlines.Collaborate with the coordination team, Teaching Assistants, and other teachers to align strategies and share relevant student information.Communicate with families when necessary, ensuring alignment with school philosophy and coordination guidance.Ensure students’ safety and well-being in all activities, observing and intervening when needed.Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and continuous professional development.Maintain class organization, care for materials, and follow all Red House guidelines and procedures.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducation: Degree in PedagogyExperience: 2 years of teaching experience for early years and/or elementary, diserable;Classroom managementLanguages: Intermediate EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge:BilingualismMicrosoft OfficeDesirable Knowledge:IB MethodologySoft Skills and Values:Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityCollaborationAutonomyProactivityInformações adicionaisCampus: São PauloWorking Hours: 40h
