  • Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Pre-sales Engineering leader.
  • As the LATAM Pre-Sales Engineering Director at monday.com, you’ll play a critical role in helping our prospects visualize the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.
  • We are looking at experienced individuals who would establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our pre-sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our sales leadership team, working closely with Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Hire, develop, and retain exceptional Solutions Engineering talent across all levels in the region.
  • Coach and mentor managers and individual contributors to become top-performing professionals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Strategy, Enablement, and Partner leadership to define GTM strategies and operational processes.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on the most strategic and complex customer opportunities.
  • Help shape and execute monday.com’s LATAM growth strategy, adapting global playbooks to fit regional needs.
  • Lead and evolve our pre-sales methodologies, including discovery, value-based demos, proof-of-concept execution, and technical win strategies.
  • Champion monday.com’s app framework and automation capabilities to solve customer-specific use cases.
  • Drive regional cadence for forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as a key member of the global Solutions Engineering leadership team, contributing to cross-regional knowledge sharing and global scalability.
  • Requirements
  • Who You Are
  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering leadership in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and mentoring successful pre-sales teams.
  • Experienced in complex sales cycles involving technical proof points, ROI/value modeling, and deep customer engagement.
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional partners, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, integration, security, and automation concepts.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with C-level executives as a trusted advisor.
  • Highly structured and organized, with experience building operational cadences, metrics frameworks, and scalable enablement.
