Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Responsible for receipt, submission, and subsequent tracking of expedited and periodic safety reports pertaining to the department’s projects. Responsible for allocation of work tasks and delegation of daily operational activities to safety reporting team members as well as oversight for completion of work tasksby others. Provides overall planning and co-ordination of large and complex projects relating to safety reporting and leads complex projects including project oversight and collation, maintenance and delivery of metrics. Recommends and performs updates to procedures, regulatory intelligence activities and other complex initiatives related to safety reporting. Provides training, guidance and support to safety reporting team members and serves as back up in the absence of line manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to lead and motivate a team environment in order to attain a shared goal and support line manager on tasks Must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to demonstrate initiative and utilizes persuasion and negotiation skills to influence colleagues and team peers for the purpose of completing assigned tasks, delegating effectively where required Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent knowledge and application of Pharmacovigilance and industry terminology Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone conversations as well as face to face interaction internally with all levels of the organiztion as well as with clients Ability to identify and prioritize tasks, delegating where appropriate, remaining focused and being able to deliver on deadlines Ability to work under pressure without jeopardizing work standards, leading by example to colleagues Possess the maturity to handle sensitive information and data effectively and to act accordingly as required Excellent knowledge of procedural documents with the ability to identify gaps in processes and initiate and complete updates as required Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills and attention to detail Excellent organization and time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once and deal effectively with pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy with orientation towards careful and meticulous work Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to assist colleagues and communicate with clients Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
