  • 1. Product & Portfolio Management Support: Support the LATAM product team with portfolio analysis, new product introduction (NPI) execution, and pricing strategy. Develop critical sales enablement materials for NPIs, such as battle cards, technical guides, and competitive analysis. Manage and execute regional price list updates, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders. 2. Serve as a primary technical expert for key growth segments, including Fluke Networks, Data Center, and Solar/Distributed Energy applications. Execute technical training sessions, workshops, and on-site visits for distribution channels, system integrators, and end-customers to drive product adoption and expertise. Represent Fluke at tradeshows and industry events, conducting product demonstrations and engaging with customers to understand their needs. 3. Sales & Channel Support: Provide critical technical product specification support to internal teams and lead generation partners, translating customer needs into Fluke solutions. Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and training materials for the sales force and distribution network. Act as the main point of contact for channel communications regarding product updates, obsolescence, and other technical notices. 4. Marketing & Communications Collaborative: Review and approve technical marketing content, including social media posts, articles, and customer-facing materials, to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency. Act as the "In-Country Reviewer" for asset translations, ensuring correct terminology and product naming for the local market. Identify and leverage innovative AI tools and technologies to create localized content, such as video dubbing, to support regional marketing initiatives. 5. Market Analysis & Strategic Contribution: Support market research initiatives to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights. Analyze portfolio data to generate reports and insights that inform strategic decision-making. Act as a bridge between the region and global teams, translating regional customer needs and market feedback to internal Business Unit & Engineering departments to influence product roadmaps.
